TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES DO CARTÃO DE CLIENTE

 

1. Objeto

Estes Termos e Condições regulam:

  1. O sistema de pontos Banzai Points da app Banzai Group.

  2. O programa de níveis Club Card (Player, Pro, Master).

Ao utilizar a app, o cliente aceita integralmente estes Termos.

 

 

2. Condições de Elegibilidade

O programa de pontos e o Club Card só são válidos para reservas pagas com fatura emitida a NIF pessoal (pessoa singular).

Não se aplica a faturas emitidas a NIPC empresarial (pessoa coletiva).

Exemplo:

Se a reserva for faturada a “Maria Silva — NIF pessoal”, conta pontos.

Se for faturada à empresa “XYZ, Lda — NIPC”, não conta pontos.

 

 

3. Atualizações Mensais

  1. As condições podem ser atualizadas mensalmente.

  2. Alterações feitas num mês entram automaticamente em vigor no mês seguinte.

  3. Se não houver alteração, mantém-se a versão anterior.

  4. A app indica sempre a data da última atualização.

Exemplo:

Alteração feita em abril → entra em vigor a 1 de maio.

 

 

4. Banzai Points — Como Funcionam

 

4.1. Atribuição

 

  • Cada atividade jogada nas marcas Banzai / Porto Exit Games / Splatter Room = 1 Banzai Point por cliente.

  • Pontos atribuídos apenas se a fatura da participação estiver emitida a NIF pessoal.

 

4.2. Validade

  • Os pontos não expiram enquanto a conta se mantiver ativa.

 

 

5. Recompensas (3 Banzai Points)

Ao obter 3 Banzai Points, o cliente pode escolher:

  • Traz +3 amigos → Vale de 10€

  • Traz +4 amigos → Vale de 15€

  • Traz +5 amigos → Vale de 20€

 

Condições

  1. Não acumulável com outras promoções ou campanhas.

  2. Amigos devem ser pessoas diferentes do titular do vale.

  3. Vale aplica-se numa única reserva.

  4. Não convertível em dinheiro.

  5. Apenas aplicável a reservas faturadas a NIF pessoal.

Exemplo:

João tem 3 pontos, traz 4 amigos → recebe um vale de 15€ para essa reserva.

 

 

6. Club Card — Níveis

  • 3 pontos → Player

  • 6 pontos → Pro

  • 9 pontos → Master

 

6.1. Vantagens

  • As vantagens de cada nível estão publicadas na app.

  • Podem ser alteradas mensalmente e seguem a mesma regra:

    alteração → vigora no mês seguinte.

     

6.2. Condições Gerais

  • Níveis são pessoais e intransmissíveis.

  • Vantagens não são acumuláveis entre si.

  • Apenas aplicável a reservas faturadas a NIF pessoal.

 

 

7. Alterações, Suspensões e Erros

  • O Banzai Group pode suspender ou alterar o programa com aviso na app.

  • Pontos e vantagens incorretos podem ser corrigidos.

  • Sempre que possível, vantagens já conquistadas serão respeitadas.

 

 

8. Dados Pessoais

Tratamento conforme Política de Privacidade disponível na app e em banzai.pt.

 

 

9. Disposições Finais

  • A utilização da app implica aceitação destes Termos.

  • Regidos pela lei portuguesa.

  • Situações omissas são analisadas caso a caso.

TERMS & CONDITIONS CLIENT CARD

 

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern:

  1. The Banzai Points system in the Banzai Group app.

  2. The Club Card level program (Player, Pro, Master).

By using the app, the customer fully accepts these Terms.

 

 

2. Eligibility Conditions

The points system and the Club Card are only valid for reservations paid with an invoice issued to a personal tax number (NIF — individual).

They do not apply to invoices issued to a company tax number (NIPC — corporate).

Example:

Reservation invoiced to “Maria Silva — personal NIF” → valid for points.

Reservation invoiced to “XYZ, Lda — NIPC” → not eligible.

 

 

3. Monthly Updates

  1. Conditions may be updated monthly.

  2. Any change made during a given month comes into effect the following month.

  3. If no change is made, the previous version remains valid.

  4. The app always displays the date of last update.

Example:

Change made in April → effective on May 1st.

 

 

4. Banzai Points — How They Work

 

4.1. Earning Points

  • Each activity played at Banzai / Porto Exit Games / Splatter Room = 1 Banzai Point per customer.

  • Points are only awarded if the invoice is issued to a personal NIF.

 

4.2. Validity

  • Points do not expire as long as the account remains active.

 

 

5. Rewards (3 Banzai Points)

After collecting 3 Banzai Points, the customer may choose:

  • Bring +3 friends → €10 voucher

  • Bring +4 friends → €15 voucher

  • Bring +5 friends → €20 voucher

 

Conditions

  1. Not combinable with other promotions or campaigns.

  2. Friends must be different individuals.

  3. One voucher per reservation.

  4. Not exchangeable for cash.

  5. Only valid with invoices issued to a personal NIF.

Example:

João collects 3 points, brings 4 friends → receives a €15 voucher for that reservation.

 

 

6. Club Card — Levels

  • 3 points → Player

  • 6 points → Pro

  • 9 points → Master

 

6.1. Benefits

  • Current benefits for each level are published in the app.

  • They may change monthly following this rule:

    change → effective the next month.

     

6.2. General Rules

  • Levels are personal and non-transferable.

  • Benefits cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • Only applicable to invoices issued to a personal NIF.

 

 

7. Changes, Suspension and Errors

  • Banzai Group may modify or suspend the program with notice through the app.

  • Incorrect points or benefits may be corrected.

  • Whenever possible, previously earned benefits will be honoured.

 

 

8. Personal Data

Processed according to the Privacy Policy available in the app and at banzai.pt.

 

 

9. Final Provisions

  • Using the app implies full acceptance of these Terms.

  • Governed by Portuguese law.

  • Any omissions will be analysed by Banzai Group.
